International sourcing & mobilisation
Make the source-country and arrival dependencies visible.
International recruitment is designed around the role and a verified partner route. Potential corridors include India, Pakistan, Nepal, the Philippines and appropriate East African markets, subject to licensed partner availability, source-country requirements and lawful UAE employment permissions. These markets describe sourcing options; the website does not claim owned overseas offices, continuously active country funnels or pre-approved travel capacity.
Partner due diligence checks licence status, ownership, authority to recruit, fee practices, subcontracting, complaint handling and data protection. Candidate communications must reconcile job title, pay, allowances, working hours, location, accommodation or transport arrangements and the real employer. No worker should pay a recruitment or deployment fee that belongs to the employer or agency. Any allegation of a fee demand or document retention is escalated for investigation and protective action.
Trade testing uses role-specific tasks, safe test conditions, objective scoring and an approved acceptance threshold. Credentials and medical fitness are obtained through the appropriate authorised route, with clinical data restricted to those who need it. Pre-departure orientation covers the actual assignment, legal and travel documentation, arrival contacts, pay channels, worker rights, grievance access and prohibited fees. Charter travel or group mobilisation can be assessed commercially where justified; it is not a standing capability or a substitute for individual readiness.
Cohort tracking distinguishes selected, offer-accepted, authorised, travel-ready, arrived and site-accepted individuals. Dependencies are visible at person level, with rejection, withdrawal and rescheduling reasons. The account lead agrees the reporting frequency, travel contingency, arrival reception, induction allocation and handover owner, so a large manifest does not conceal an incomplete worker file.
Cross-border readiness planning
Source-country planning
Match the recruitment route to the market.
| Source corridor | Candidate and partner checks | Readiness and handover |
|---|---|---|
| India, Pakistan & Nepal | Verify the licensed recruitment partner, role-specific trade evidence, accurate terms and prohibition of worker-paid recruitment fees. | Track source-country process, candidate documentation, medical/travel readiness and the confirmed UAE employing route. |
| The Philippines | Confirm the applicable source-country recruitment and overseas-employment process, authorised parties and accurate employment documentation. | Plan approvals and departure against the individual file; do not assume another corridor’s processing calendar applies. |
| East African markets | Assess the actual country, partner authorisation, candidate evidence, worker protections and lawful transfer of recruitment data. | Maintain a country-specific dependency register and arrival contact rather than claiming an owned regional office or universal approval route. |
Six-stage deployment methodology
A release path from sourcing to site induction.
This pathway governs a worker deployment. For a permanent appointment, the client becomes the employer and owns its contract, work-authorisation and onboarding steps; the recruitment handover records the relevant joining dependencies.
- 01
Sourcing
Approve the role mix, outcomes, compensation, source channels and candidate communication before outreach.
- 02
Technical testing & assessment
Use job-relevant trade tests, work samples, technical scenarios or approved psychometric tools with a predefined scoring rubric.
- 03
Compliance pre-screening
Check identity, qualifications, eligibility, professional permission, assignment acceptance and a viable employment route.
- 04
Contract formalisation
Reconcile the offer, bilingual MoHRE documentation where required, approved terms and the legal employing arrangement.
- 05
Medical & biometrics
Complete the applicable medical, Emirates ID, insurance and authority dependencies; record status and exceptions at person level.
- 06
Site induction & release
Confirm safety training, work instructions, PPE, access, supervisor and included support arrangements before deployment.
Service levels & continuity
Commit to a defined measure and a feasible release.
| Service measure | Planning target / provision | Clock, dependencies and control |
|---|---|---|
| Local mobilisation | 3–5 working days for a confirmed, ready local cohort. | Starts from a complete approved brief and available eligible workers; permits/transfers, assessment, insurance and client access must be complete. |
| Overseas mobilisation | 18–25 working days as the cohort planning window. | Source-country authorisation, documentation, medical, entry/work route, biometrics, insurance and travel affect the baseline. Authority processing is tracked separately. |
| Replacement provision | 90-day replacement review window where included in the signed placement or assignment terms. | Specify the start event, qualifying trigger, notification, exclusions, equivalent replacement and agreed remedy. Worker entitlements and lawful due process remain protected. |
| Emergency relief | Priority triage and a feasible relief roster agreed for the account. | Define coverage, response hours, competence and permit/site readiness. A relief pool is reserved only when actual availability is confirmed. |
| Routine account query | Acknowledge within 1 working day. | Incomplete inputs are identified with an owner and required action; safety, wage and immigration risks escalate immediately. |
| Payroll & service review | Monthly reconciliation and account review. | Report population, period, exceptions, root cause, corrective owner and closure evidence; undisputed wages remain payable by the applicable deadline. |
These are service-design targets and contractual provisions, not a historical performance record. The signed schedule fixes the agreed calendar, operating hours, dependencies, client inputs, measurement method and remedy. A timeline never authorises work before the legal and site-readiness gates are satisfied.
