Start the engagement

Bring the requirement.
Build the right delivery model.

Share the recruitment, staffing or EOR mandate, company setup task or HR/HRMS project. A structured brief creates a clearer technical and commercial conversation.

Prepare the mandate

Give the team the information that drives feasibility.

A complete search brief improves the decision

For a direct appointment or executive search, describe the position outcome, reporting line, essential technical and behavioural competence, compensation parameters, notice flexibility, work location and target start. Identify the interview decision maker and any confidentiality or regulated-role requirement. State whether the mandate is contingency, exclusive or retained if already determined.

The team uses this information to calibrate the scorecard, choose channels and agree shortlist and feedback checkpoints. Avoid uploading sensitive candidate files or a named employee’s personal records at this stage. A job description and an anonymised role context are generally more useful than an unfiltered personnel file.

Separate demand from readiness assumptions

For temporary staffing, outsourcing or EOR, include headcount by role, duration, shift pattern, location, joining cohorts, existing worker status and whether recruitment is required. Describe the intended supervision, attendance approval, overtime, safety exposure, site access and any accommodation, transport or PPE. For transfers, state the expected transition date without sharing passport, bank or medical records through the public form.

The response can then distinguish source availability, selection, legal authorisation, insurance, onboarding and client access. Identify the desired commercial model, funding expectations and who can approve changes. A forecast headcount is not treated as a confirmed mobilisation until scope and dependencies are agreed.

Define the business and regulatory route

For business setup or corporate administration, describe the planned activity, current entity status, ownership and proposed mainland or free-zone route if known. List the FTA, product, food, health, conformity or certification tasks separately, with the intended launch date and any existing authority correspondence.

Company formation, tax registration, product approval and management-system certification involve different authorities and evidence. The consultation identifies the workstreams, authorised representation needs and decision dependencies before a submission schedule or fee is proposed. Do not send owner identity documents or account credentials in the initial brief.

Describe the process and system change together

For HR consultation or HRMS/ERP work, explain the operating problem, employee population, locations, current software, intended platform if selected, modules, interfaces and affected user groups. Identify policy or payroll-rule changes, migration history, data quality concerns, desired go-live and the client decision owners.

A techno-functional discovery converts the requirement into process maps, functional rules, integration boundaries, data reconciliation, access design, testing and adoption outputs. Do not upload production employee datasets, credentials or system backups. A controlled sample or anonymised specification can be agreed later through the project’s secure process.

Your organisation

Identify the organisation, authorised business contact and any existing project reference. Use a business email so the account team can reconcile the enquiry with the proposed contracting party.

Vendor qualification support

Request the evidence relevant to your contract.

Corporate procurement and HR teams can request current entity and compliance documents through info@tawreed.org, identifying the proposed service, contracting entity, buyer checklist and review deadline. The account team confirms what is available, current and appropriate to disclose. Owner identity documents and confidential bank evidence should be exchanged only through an agreed verification route, not attached to a public enquiry.

For federal or semi-government buyers, the Ministry of Finance or the buyer’s own platform determines supplier registration, pre-qualification and tender eligibility. Tawreed can organise a response matrix against the buyer’s checklist, but no approved-vendor status, Tawreed.org procurement accreditation or contract award is claimed.

Tax & commercialRelevant TRN certificate, quotation, service inclusions, payment terms and invoice requirements.Check document consistency and the actual tax treatment; a number on a website is not sufficient verification.

Corporate verification

Match the counterparty to the service.

Tawreed L.L.C. is the corporate name confirmed for this website. Before contract approval, verify the exact legal entity, permitted activities, applicable employment permissions, tax evidence, authorised signatory and bank instructions against current documents. Recruitment intermediation, agency-employed outsourcing and corporate or systems consultation do not rely on identical permissions.

Where a service requires a regulated representative, specialised approval, independent certification or licensed delivery partner, the agreement identifies that party and its responsibility. A website description does not replace the underlying documentary review. Any discrepancy is resolved before a payment, employee transfer or operational commitment.

Privacy & website terms

Share the requirement through the appropriate route.

The website’s enquiry tool prepares a brief locally in your browser. It does not automatically send the form, upload attachments or create a server-side application record. A downloaded brief includes the fields entered and attachment filenames and sizes, not the attachment contents. The email button opens a draft to info@tawreed.org; you choose whether to send it and must attach supporting files separately.

Share only the information needed to describe the business requirement. Do not include passport copies, bank records, medical information, biometric exports, production employee datasets or account credentials in this public enquiry route. If a later engagement needs personal data, the parties should first agree the purpose, authorised recipients, secure transfer route, access, retention and controller/processor responsibilities under the applicable law.

Regulatory material is a general service description reviewed on 15 October 2026. The relevant authority, jurisdiction, signed contract and current official requirements determine each live matter. Contact info@tawreed.org for questions about an enquiry or to request an appropriate verification route.

Institutional tenders & supplier evidence

Pre-qualification and ICV are verified processes, not website badges.

Procurement teams can request the current entity, service-permission, tax, insurance and delivery evidence relevant to their scope. A response matrix identifies each requirement, available document, validity, responsible owner and any exception before the submission is authorised. Registration, buyer pre-qualification and tender award are separate decisions; the account team does not present an enquiry or website listing as approved-vendor status.

Where National In-Country Value is part of a tender, the response should provide the actual current certificate and score if held, with the legal entity and certification scope checked. MoIAT’s programme uses authorised certification bodies and evidence such as audited financial statements. Tawreed can coordinate the requested evidence and commercial response; no ICV score, certificate or universal score compatibility is invented.

Tawreed.org is the corporate contact domain. Federal supplier processes use the Ministry of Finance’s official framework, while semi-government and other institutional buyers may maintain their own systems and qualification rules. The buyer’s actual checklist governs document disclosure and eligibility.
